This holiday season if you are like me you have at least one grandparent to purchase gifts for. Well that can be easier said than done since Ma has pretty much everything she needs. In fact for me it is even worse because not only do I have to get Christmas gifts for her from the kids but also a birthday gift for this Friday. If my dad was still alive I would have to do the same with him since his birthday is the Friday after Christmas. So what is a gal to do? She comes across the GrandBox that’s what!
The GrandBox is a monthly subscription that sends a box of gifts to a grandparent each month. Ma received a box to try out and I will tell you that I was very pleased with how it looked when it arrived. It was full of gifts that I know she will enjoy. I will say that we were able to include our own message for her and could have even included five photographs. Since she lives with us I didn’t I needed to include those but for some of you this would be perfect. The box contained the following items:

Holiday Wet-It
This was simply amazing! It is so pretty that I wasn't sure Ma was going to use it but she loves it! She uses it in her bathroom but I will be honest and tell you I have no idea what for. I think she uses it to clean the bathroom.

Snowy Night Hand and Body Lotion
This smelled awesome but sadly I didn't get to give it a go as Ma took this to her room and after plenty of searching I can't seem to find it.

Organic Hard Candy from Torie & Howard
These are pear and cinnamon but I tried one and couldn't taste any cinnamon at all. they are surprisingly good. Since Ma can't eat hard candy she gave these to me and I keep them in my desk drawer.

Ritter Chocolate Biscuit
I did get a little square of this to sample and loved it! Ma enjoyed it as well which I am thankful for since she loves chocolate.

Holiday Tissues and Candy Canes
Both of these are things that Ma enjoys but she put the candy canes on the tree. These items were just a little something extra.
What is the most thoughtful gift you've ever received?
